Privacy Policy

Lamplit Co is a small web and search team based in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect on lamplitco.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you ask for a free Scorecard, the form asks for your name, business name, website or Google listing link, email, phone and your main goal. We also note the date, time and page the form was sent from. When you use our Contact form, it asks for your name, business name, email, phone and your message.

How we use it

We use it only to make your Scorecard, reply to you, and follow up about the help you asked for. We won't add you to a mailing list or send you spam.

Where it's kept

Form requests are saved in a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. A copy is sent to our team by email and to our private Google Chat space so we see it quickly. Only the Lamplit team can see them.

Spam check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. To do that, Cloudflare may process technical details such as your IP address and browser information. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy on their site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site, for example which pages are visited and whether someone sends a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects details such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. It doesn't tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We only share it with the services above that run our site and form, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and your browser

This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (see Analytics above). Your light or dark mode choice is saved in your own browser.

How long we keep it

We keep your request as long as we need it to work with you, and delete it when we no longer do.

Your choices

Want to see, fix or delete what you sent us? Email hello@lamplitco.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
